We are a small family run business, based in Kendal, providing all aspects of plumbing and heating services across Cumbria and Lancashire.

Our engineer Tom is gas safe registered fully qualified and insured with 14 years experience. We offer full bathroom renovations, including wall and floor tiling.

Thomas Scott

Yorkshire born and bred, Tom studied gas engineering at Leeds College of Building at the age of 16 where he began his work as an apprentice. Over the years Tom has worked and gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience within the trade and has accumulated an impressive set of qualifications.

Sarah Furey

Level 4 Distinction in Business Management Sarah covers the administration aspect of the business and is the first port of contact when making enquiries, with a friendly and personal approach. Sarah has various qualifications in different aspects of work and is an independent care provider for adults with complex needs.

Breakdown, Service and Repair

Whether you need an annual service for your warranty or your boiler has stopped working, with our expert skills in fault finding and diagnostics you are in good hands with us. Providing homeowner and landlord gas safety certificates.

Bathroom Fitting and Tiling

With our bathrooms you can expect a full survey including brochures to help you choose your dream bathroom with tile samples at request. You can rely on us to provide the highest quality standard. Our bathrooms include any building work, waterproofing, first fix plumbing, tiling and finishing. All our quotes are free with no obligation

Domestic Plumbing

Covering all aspects of domestic plumbing. Whether it is a leaking tap or toilet or you require complete new pipe work within your property. From new radiator installation or reposition of an existing radiator. We have you covered with all your plumbing needs.

Gas Fires and Cookers

Full installation and building work provided for gas fires and stoves. Offering annual servicing and certification to any gas fire or stove within your property. Ensuring the safety of the fire and flue and removing and cleaning of the burner.

We also provide installation of gas cookers.

Caravan and Motorhomes

Fully qualified to work on LPG supplies in static caravans and motorhomes. From full new heating systems throughout your caravan and the annual service and certification of holiday lets.

Air Source Heat Pumps

Qualified in the design, installation and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pumps. Knowledge to comply with the appropriate Building Regulations and Standards. Air Source Heating Systems is a renewable energy system that work by extracting air from the outside environment to produce heat for heating the house and the domestic hot water supply.
